  ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • You have the right to cancel your order or any item purchased online from our site, If you have not yet received your order, please contact as soon as possible to arrange a cancellation before the order is dispatched for a full refund. (For credit card payments, %5 will be deducted from the refund amount as card processing fee)

If your order has been already been processed and dispatched to you, it will be necessary for you to return the goods following our return procedures detailed above so we can process your refund.   • During high seasons and during periods of special offers, customers from selected countries will have an option of paying customs taxes and duties at the moment when placing order online. Shall you select and pay taxes via this option, you will not be charged any additional or extra taxes / duties when the parcel arrives at the country of destination.
