Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on kids.peralane.com, operated by Keymont Holdings HK Limited. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch Time (Handling Time)

The dispatch time refers to the time it takes for our team to source, prepare, and pack your order before it is handed over to the courier.

– Standard Dispatch Time: Due to the nature of our supply chain and sourcing process, standard order dispatch takes 6 to 15 business days.

Fastest Option (Expedited Dispatch): If you select our expedited processing option at checkout, your order dispatch time will be reduced to 3 business days.

2. Shipping Methods & Transit Times

Once your order has been dispatched from our facilities, the transit time depends on the shipping method you select at checkout and your destination country.

We offer the following shipping tiers:

– Air Cargo (FedEx / UPS / DHL – Most Preferred): Delivery takes 2 to 6 business days after dispatch. (For European countries, average delivery is typically 3 to 5 business days).

Air Cargo (Local Post Office – Economy Option): Delivery takes 10 to 20 business days after dispatch.

Other Methods / Land Transport: Transit times may vary significantly depending on the destination region and local logistics. Estimated times will be provided during the checkout process if applicable.

Please note: Transit times do not include our dispatch/handling times mentioned in Section 1.

3. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes (Customer Responsibility)

All international shipments may be subject to local customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees.

– 100% Customer Responsibility: The customer (buyer) is solely responsible for paying any and all customs duties, import tariffs, and local taxes required by the destination country.

No Company Liability: Keymont Holdings HK Limited / Peralane Kids assumes absolutely zero responsibility or liability for customs clearance, delays caused by customs, or any additional fees levied by local authorities. All shipping quotes provided at checkout strictly exclude customs and import tariffs.

4. Transfer of Liability & Risk of Loss

Our responsibility for the safety and delivery of your goods ends the moment the order is officially handed over to the third-party courier or freight carrier.

– Risk of Loss: Once the tracking status indicates that the carrier has received the package, all risk of loss, damage, or delay transfers entirely to the buyer.
– We do not provide refunds or replacements for packages lost, delayed, or damaged in transit by the carrier or held by customs.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are dynamically calculated at checkout based on the total weight/volume of your order, the selected shipping method, and the destination address.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) and the carrier’s information. You can use this information to track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website.
