Important Notice — B2B Wholesale Platform:

Peralane Kids (kids.peralane.com) is a business-to-business (B2B) wholesale platform exclusively serving registered resellers, retailers, boutiques, and business buyers. This platform is not a retail consumer store. All orders are commercial wholesale transactions. By registering and placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing on behalf of a business entity.

1. Order Cancellations & Modifications (Before Dispatch)

You may request a cancellation or modification only before your order has been dispatched and before items have been sourced from our supplier network.

Once products have been sourced and order processing has begun, we are unable to accept modifications or cancellations. This is due to the nature of our multi-supplier sourcing model, where goods are procured specifically per order.


2. Return Policy (After Dispatch)

As a B2B wholesale supplier operating a multi-brand sourcing model, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or buyer’s remorse refunds once an order has been dispatched.

All wholesale sales are considered final upon dispatch. This policy is standard practice in the B2B wholesale industry and applies to all registered business buyers.

Why we operate this policy: Our products are sourced from 500+ independent Turkish manufacturers specifically per order. The multi-supplier nature of our operations means goods cannot be restocked or returned to individual manufacturers once dispatched.


3. Defective or Incorrectly Supplied Items

We stand fully behind the quality of our products. If you receive items with a manufacturing defect, production error, or an item that does not match your order, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement under the following conditions:

How to report a defect:

  • Contact us at sales@peralane.com within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery
  • Include in your message: your order number, a written description of the defect, and clear photographic evidence
  • Subject line: DEFECT CLAIM – Order #[your order number]

Resolution: Upon verification by our quality team, we will issue a full refund for the defective item(s) to your original payment method. Return shipment of defective items is not required unless explicitly requested by our support team.

We aim to respond to all defect claims within 2 business days of receipt.


4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds (for pre-dispatch cancellations or verified defective items) are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

Please allow an additional 5–20 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. PayPal refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days.


5. Buyer Protection

All payments made via PayPal are covered by PayPal Buyer Protection for 180 days from the date of payment. For payment disputes or unresolved issues, you may open a case directly through your PayPal account at any time.
